Sometimes I think I like spring the best of all the seasons, but then autumn comes & I like it just as much. Summer & winter are too harsh for me, with their extremes of weather, the middle, changing seasons are my favourite. Perfect times for fuzzy knitwear & tights, without being too cold, or needing more practical shoes.
On that note, my new favourite jumper is from H&M, via my sister. It was sold out when I saw it, so I traded it with her in exchange for some crochet & sewing work. It then came back in stock (only £20!), but I still think it was worth the 6 hours I spent making her stuff, haha, even if it seems to crease easily! So snuggly!

♥ Beddgelert

HANDMADE DRESS // TOPSHOP SHOES // CAMBRIDGE SATCHEL // H&M CARDIGAN // ASOS BELT // HANDMADE HEADBAND // MERRYFIELD POTTER PINK WAFER BROOCH // STARCHILD SKULL CAMEO BROOCH*

Hey again everyone :) Been feeling pretty awful this past week or so, apologies for the sporadic posts (& being generally uncommunicative email, twitter & fb wise, will try & reply to you all soon!).

This is the last of my North Wales pics, taken in the village of Beddgelert, which is always a favourite place to visit when we go up there. It's so pretty, I would love to live in one of the houses on the green (the ones behind me!). Anyway, hope you are all well etc, & I will hopefully be back to normal soon. Deliveries of soup & hugs very welcome ;) Thank you for all the lovely comments on my last few posts too!

♥ Finished Afghan & Room Tour

So, I finished my blanket, what do you think? The last time you saw it, it looked like this. I took it up to Wales with me to finish it off. I am really pleased with the way it turned out, even if it did take something like 80-100 hours to make! Weaving the ends in was the worst, it's like, yay you're done, but really you still have 5 hours+ of work still to do. :(

Anyway, don't think I'll be attempting such a large project again for a while, haha! For those of you that are interested, I used this granny square design, in 6 different colours, over 151 squares, & joined with this method.

Anyway, whilst I was taking pics of the blanket, thought I might as well show you the rest of my room. Still have the dodgy black carpet, ugh, & one wall is still not done (need some new shelves & to hang some things, plus maybe even still a little painting, eek!), but I am really pleased with how the rest of it looks.

P.S. Oh, & for those of you that are really curious, here's what my room used to look like before I moved my craft stuff out of it!

♥ Button & Me

HANDMADE SKIRT // H&M CARDIGAN // ASOS BAG // TOPSHOP SHOES // MERRFYFIELD POTTERY BISCUIT BROOCHES // ROMWE COLLAR // DOLLY DARLING TEACUP RING // STARCHILD JELLY RING* // ASOS HEADBOW

Another outfit from holiday featuring my handmade wool skirt! It was pretty cold whilst we were up there, so I wore it quite a bit! Teamed with my fave angora cardigan, I was pretty cosy indeed! In fact, this whole outift it made up from a lot of old favourites, everything you've seen me wear before, with the exception of the brooches.

These pics were taken in the garden of my grandparent's cottage, so Button decided he wanted to join in! Walter & Dillon were too busy running around to care, making the most of a garden whilst they had one. With the garden & the beaches, they were all thoroughly exhausted by the time we got home!

♥ Raccoons, Roses & Brogues

Hey again everyone, hope you are all well! This outfit is from today, although I still have a few more stored up from my time away to show you. Quite simple for me, with only 2 accessories, haha, but hope you like anyway!
= =
The shoes are the only part of my outfit that is new, & were kindly sent to me by My Voucher Codes. They were originally £59.99, but using a MyVoucherCodes discount made them £47.99, which was 20% (£12) off. It's always worth checking for a discount code before you buy anything! I rarely buy anything full price, & definitely always check for a code first (my Cambridge satchel I saved 30% on with a discount code!). Anyway, they are running some another 20% off Clarks discount code now, so if you've had your eye on anything, now is a good time to buy.

♥ Sequins & Satchels

ASOS CURVE DRESS // CAMBRIDGE SATCHEL // LITTLEWOODS BLOUSE // HANDMADE KITTY EARS //  H&M CARDIGAN // ASOS SHOES // TOPSHOP SOCKS // EMBELLISHED WE LOVE COLOURS TIGHTS // HANDMADE TEDDY BEAR BRACELET // PRIMARK RING // DOLLY DARLING JELLY BEAN BRACELET

Wearing the kitty ears from my tutorial here, combined with some old favourites, this dress, which has bows down the back that I always forget to get a picture of! The weather was a bit cold for it alone anyway, so I wore my trusty H&M angora cardigan with it. I'm sure you're probably a bit sick of my satchel too, but I think it's replaced my turquoise scalloped satchel as favourite bag. Only downside, it doesn't fit my camera in & the scallop one can, though only just!

Anyway, bye for now!
