Went out to a local market today, but it wasn't that great, so ended up going to Hobbycraft & buying lots of stuff there instead! I picked up some wool (going to crochet myself a cardigan -hopefully, anyway!), & some needle-felting supplies, which I have wanted to try forever, so am finally going to learn!
Anyway, I wore my usual over the top cute style outfit, complete with Sanrio characters & my own deer headband. I also redid my hair, thought I'd try a dip-dye this time, seeing as I had some purple dye left over from last time. I did it a bit brighter than wanted, purely because purple seems to fade so fast!
Wearing my super cute brooch again, this was a gift from the lovely Lillian and Claire, who run Callooh & Callay. How adorable is it? It's so sad & adorable looking, hehe!

ReplyDeleteI took up knitting a few years ago and made my first felted project about a year ago. I made a heart shaped, red purse. It was fun to felt, but I was nervous the entire time the heart was in the washing machine. All that hard work could have possibly been destroyed! But It all worked out and the bag is cool. Good luck with your felting!

ReplyDeleteOk you're not depressed but maybe you have experimented rejection in some point of your life, and you overcome that.
You see like a very strong woman and I admire you. Currently my whole family rejects me because of my appearance.
They have even suggested me cosmetic surgery and I know I'm not ugly, and even if I was ugly, the exterior doesn't matter.
But it is too much, I'm 26 and I feel so alone.

I love this look, the colours are amazing! It's good to see someone so comfortable with colours. I usually just stick with muted colours as I am too shy and have only started venturing into style myself, at 20 years old, it's kind of embarrassing. :P
