Today's outfit, finally wore my tulle skirt that I made a while back, I was originally going to wear it to Plus London, but then I couldn't go, so it's just been sitting in my wardrobe ever since. Might be a while till I wear it out again though, as my photographer got a bit embarrassed/grumpy when a group of tourists starting laughing & smiling at me, one of them even came over to take a picture, haha! I love it though, & also my new pom pom flower headband. Makes a change from my my trusty black velvet bow!
Sorry also the pics are a bit bleached out, I had the camera on the wrong setting & pastels are hard enough to get a pic of anyway! Oops!
Thanks also to everyone who commented on my flocked nail post. I will definitely make you all a tutorial, they were really easy, so keep your eyes peeled, hopefully it will be up in the next few days!

ReplyDeleteI absolutely love this skirt!! My love of Degas paintings influences my love of all things ballerina-esque in fashion and it is just so pretty. Thank you inspiring me to get sewing, as soon as my exams are over I'm going to have a go at making some of my own loli clothes!

I just want a skirt like this so badly! Really, really badly! I wish you would make a tutorial or start selling clothes...I made two attempts in making tulle skirts, but they never turn out like this, so puffy but still in great shape :( Also I am in love with you headband...I wish I could just share your closet :D

ReplyDeleteI absolutely adore this tulle skirt, I've been dying to find a tulle skirt in my size but I rarely see them offered in my size. Tutorial perhaps? You look gorgeous and how cute about someone approaching you to have a picture taken. Lovely blouse and could that bag be any cuter?!

ReplyDeleteYup! It is a bit damaged, but not very much. I think I was lucky, I recently helped my sister bleach hers & she ended up with burns & had to cut quite a bit of hair off. This was using a lover vol of bleach than me too, I think I just have super strong/indestructible hair!
