I curled my hair again, this time I used those cheap bendy foam roller things, and they gave me these looser curls. They took a lot less time to use too, so I'll save the pin curling for when I want super big candyfloss hair. Wearing a new dress from Very, it also comes in blue, but I liked the yellow daisy print better. I don't really own much yellow, but I think it goes quite nicely with my hair.
Carl & I were in St Albans again, where we took these photos. It's been lovely weather recently, I actually got badly sunburnt a few days before, which was stupid of me. I've now stocked up with factor 50 sunscreen & some aloe vera gel (upon the recommendation of an instagram follower), which has helped so much - thank you! There were lots of baby swans and ducklings at the lake, which were adorable. A pair of doves also followed us for a bit, I think they wanted food, but we didn't have any to give them. Next time I'll try and be more prepared.

ReplyDeleteLove these pictures! The dress is lovely :) I'm a little obsessed with yellow so I might just have to get myself it. Also, I've tried using those bendy rollers and they always worked well for me too. Just been using my straighteners in the last few years but might dig them out and give them a try again!

ReplyDeleteI love yellow but find it masively underrated as nobody I know likes it so it's nice to see someone else wearing a yellow dress for once. I also recognised St Albans straight away and it's so funny seeing it in someone else's pictures
